CAIRS Point of Contact

McConnell currently has an old copy of CAIRS and we need to upgrade ASAP but we don't have a POC. Does anyone have a Point of Contact for Unique Communications? Thanks in Advance---Tater

Contact ENSC, open a ticket and unique will contact you within a few hours. If you call unique directly your unit will probably end up paying.

I was the Cairs database manager back in 02-04 and all you need to do is call or email them directly and they will respond. 22nd used to pay for all the upgrades since we had the O&M contract. Netcents used to not cover it; however it may now. Check with the RA, but most likley you will have to get the price quote and fill out a form 9. We used to pay every year to have technical assistance from unique. I guess this has been dropped since then.
