Minimum qualification: Nortel Certification and a minimum of 2 years experience working with Nortel Meridian Call Server 1000 / CS1K / Option81. In addition to the minimum requirement, Meridian Mail / Callpilot, Symposium, Call Center Applications, BARS, and NARS would be an added value to the client.

Candidate must also be able to pass a background check.
