Account Updates - Photo Captions

One of our members asked me if there is a way to edit captions. He had to send the change to me and I updated it. Too time consuming for me and too bureaucratic for members. So I added the capability to edit captions when logged in. This would obvious only apply to your own photos.

Thanks go to TSgt Keg' for the idea. Anyone feeling the love on being able to submit photo comments or is it just ho-hum?
