Minimum qualification : Nortel Certification on the Meridian 1 or CS1000 product line, along with 2-5 years of hands-on knowledge. The successful candidate must also know the software side of the PBX. In addition to the minimum requirement, Meridian Mail / Callpilot, Symposium, Call Center Applications, BARS, and NARS would be an added value.

Candidate must also be able to pass a background check .

This position requires that home base be Lynchburg, Virginia. Some relocation allowance is available.
