Separate the Wheat from the Chaff

Who will be nominated as the Presidential Candidate for their respective party? My Picks:

Republican: John McCain
Democrat: Barack Obama

You heard it here first.

I think you are right. But, I do hope McCain is the overall winner. Just my opinion.

I thinks its gonna be close for the Dems between Obama and Billary. Im hoping for a McCain nomination for the Republicans as well. With an overall win for McCain. I think with the republican party lacking in the popularity points its gonna be a tough race no matter who the republican nominee is.

The way I see it...

Whether the DEM is Barack or Hilary...either way, we still have a white man for President.

I'm not sure if you're smiley means you're clowning around or you think McCain is a clown.
Anyways- I'd like to see a woman or an African-American elected president and put the whole gender/race issue to bed. But, not this go-around. They both want to cut and run and leave Iraq to the wolves. That and my financial future is my number one issue.

None of them have any economic policy plans that make sense to us in the street, but I know where they all stand on Iraq.

McCain is no better than the greenies. I'm voting independent regardless. All three of these candidates sacrifice too much. The Farm Bill?, Immigration? Alternative fuels? This pleading to the conservative moderates --> liberals ticks me off. The only thing that McCain has going for him is the continued victory in Iraq and the NRA for the 2nd Amendment support.

An observation; Since Dems took over the Senate, the price of gas has continued to climb, along with health care, groceries etc...
and any attempt by Bush to drill and produce from our homeland has been blocked. Hmmm, could they be waiting for a Democratic president before they approve and make the guy/girl look like a hero? Meanwhile "we the free" are getting raped at the pumps etc...
Ever watch CSpan and see who actually shows up for work? It's pathetic. I think its high time for the quiet and patient to start raising some hell and make thier voice heard in the voting booth.

Just my 2cents.
