Account Updates - Forum Avatars

Added avatar uploads to "My Account" for personalized avatars.
Members should continue to abide by Site Terms of Use.

P.S. We won't be able to see your cool new avatar if you don't post or reply to anything...

I had asked why my avatar wasnt showing up after I had updated it in my profile but after I posted the question I reread your post about having to post before it shows up. My fault.
