Nortel CS2100 / SL100 Senior Switch Technician

The Nortel Senior Switch Technician must be completely capable of maintaining the Nortel CS2100 or MSL-100 / SL-100 and ancillary equipment. This is including, but not limited to, fault isolation, circuit pack replacement, Servord, line testing, complex routing and trunk translations, transmission testing, network troubleshooting, ACD, voicemail, and more. Location is Charlotte, NC.

Candidates without CS2100 experience will only be considered if they have heavy SL-100 / MSL-100 experience and IP / Networking skills.
