Minimum qualification: Nortel Certification and a minimum of 2 years experience working with Nortel Meridian Call Server 1000 / CS1K / Option81 / Option81C / Option61 / Option 11, etc. In addition to the minimum requirement, Meridian Mail / Callpilot, Symposium, Call Center / Contact Center Applications, BARS, and NARS would be an added value to the client. Candidates must have strong technical skills on the Nortel Meridian 1 product line.
