Telecommunications Analyst - Avaya - Montana

If you’ve answered yes to any of the questions above, then we need to talk. We have been asked by the client to seek out a talented Telecommunications Analyst to join their team. Location Helena, MT.
As a Telecommunications Analyst with Avaya PBX knowledge, you will work collaboratively in the voice network architecture design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of an evolving PBX (both VoIP and TDM), including voicemail infrastructure, call center technologies, and support of adjunct technologies within our clients enterprise telecommunications services department. You will also support the client by providing operational trouble-shooting, problem analysis, and resolution along with serving as the technical resource for complex voice network and technology problems.
The successful Telecommunications Analyst needs to have the following attributes and abilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:
*Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field of study, plus six years technical telecommunications of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
*Experience with Avaya Telephone Switches running in both a VOIP and TDM (G3, G3R, G3si, S8300, S8500, S8700, etc.)
*Experience supporting a Voice Network to include PBX, Call Flow, Screening, Transmission Facilities, Peripheral Equipment, Voicemail, Call Center, etc.
*Experience dealing with LEC and Long Distance Carriers for ordering, provisioning and support
*Experience with implementing VOIP solutions in a call center
*Experience with Interactive Voice Response Units (IVR) would be considered a plus.
