Photo and Profile Shoutout Comments

Photo and profile shoutouts have been updated to allow multiple comments by the same person.

This allows a give and take conversation to flow on the same page instead of cross-commenting from photos to profiles. Kind of like a forum topic, but not quite. More like blog comments.
