Another GEEIA troop goes down. I first knew Louis Villapando in 1966. He, as well as George Ferguson, was in the 2863rd GEEIA Squadron with me. I was a Sgt when I left there and followed Louis to the 1st Mobile Comm Group in Clark AB, RP. Knew he was in the area but never saw him except at the reunion here in Biloxi. We'll miss you.

Was hoping to take him to a GEEIA reunion but we never made it, last year it was the same time we had something else planned... After he retired here in MS he and my mother opened M & L Gifts at Edgewater Mall which they owned for 35 years, my mother passed in Aug 08 ~ They are both sadly missed and were wonderful parents.
Mother was retired Civil Service and Dad was one of the last Under Age WWII Vets, along with Berlin Airlift, Korean, 3 Tours in Nam. He was proud of his country and serving it~ and often told us stories of different happenings in his service years.
