Physical Security Question

Does anyone have a specific AFI or reference stating that base network equipment must be secured in it's own lockable cabinet?

Our FSS unit is trying to put their NAF server in the same equipment and I'm trying to find it in black and white that states that our equipment must be separate and/or secured.

Beside what is stated in AFI 33-111.
