Who and when designed the Cable Dawg logo?

First I saw of the famous logo was 1990 at Osan AB ROK. Who designed it I'm not sure, I seem to think it was someone in the anntena shop.

Nothing to add, really. I asked the same question many years ago. No one seemed to know. I first saw it in the late 80s. A guy in our shop had seen it in Korea (I think) and had re-drawn it on the wall for us. Guess it's still a mystery.
