Whats up Dan Schaeffer. As far as I can recall there are no directives preventing others from climbing towers so as long as safety climb devices are used along with a safety observer and an quailifed climber. However, allowing DARTS and especially officers (don't worry, you can never get a Col. on a tower anyway) climbing antenna supports is like putting bicycle tires on a Cadilac. It looks stupid and it ain't never gonna work!
