Grey cable documentation

is there any documentation that says we will show what is connected to the jack? AFI, T.O. ect.

Do you mean as far as labeling what the phone number, etc... is there? I never have. I think it's ISO9001 to label network jacks with their cross-connect/jack number. Anyone?

Isn't is covered by EIA/TIA type standards? I thought jack numbers should be labeled with the IDF patch panel and jack...I don't think you need to label the jack with the telephone number.

labeling jacks. label with number shown on termina board, plug . or if your not sure, email joe pejeck.(distro panel)
