Kevin was one of the most reliable Crew Chiefs I could have ever asked for! Moreover, he was an easygoing, determined NCO that always remained positive no matter what the hectic telecom workday brought with it; and that positive attitude conveyed to his co-workers and troops making the workday the more bearable.
